Are your AirPods Max authentic?
Yes. Every AirPods Max we sell is a genuine Apple product. Each unit is individually verified before listing and undergoes functional testing prior to dispatch. We specialise exclusively in refurbished Apple AirPods Max.
Are the headphones new?
No. All products sold by MaxFix are refurbished. Each unit is pre-owned, professionally prepared for sale, and condition-graded as: Like New • Excellent • Good • Acceptable cosmetic wear, if present, corresponds to the grade selected.
What is included with my order?
Each listing represents an individual, refurbished unit. Accessories and packaging may vary by unit.

What does “condition graded” mean?
Every unit is inspected and assigned a clear cosmetic grade. Grading reflects external wear only.
All units are fully functional unless explicitly stated otherwise.

How long does delivery take?
We ship within the United Kingdom only. • Standard tracked delivery: 2–4 working days • Faster delivery options available at checkout • Next-day delivery available on eligible orders placed before cutoff time Tracking details are provided once dispatched.
What is your return policy?
You have 14 days to return your item under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations. Items must be returned in the same condition as received. Full details are available on our Shipping & Returns page.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay for convenient checkout. All prices include VAT at 20%.
Is there a warranty?
All devices are tested prior to sale. We provide a limited warranty covering functional defects (details available on the Warranty page). This is separate from Apple’s original manufacturer warranty, which may no longer apply depending on the unit’s age.
Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your parcel in real-time through Royal Mail or DPD.
